CN Stronger Communities Fund

I just found out about this grant, for CN employees that volunteer with registered charitable organizations. So... I need some info

- Year that NVOSAS was founded (1992 I think?)
- Our CRA number (15 digits? XXXXXXXXXRR0001)
- What category are we in? (Society? School?)

That's it for now.. there's $500 up for grabs

Founded in 1988 but was incorporated under the Society Act of British Columbia (Incorporation #S-29638, October 14, 1992) and is registered as a Charity under the Income Tax Act of Canada (Registration #14099 6216 RR0001, November 16, 1993)

Is there a max amount of hours you can claim? and does it need to be since a certain date? can I add the Open House time or does it need to be stuff that's happened in the past only?

Well according to the CN website, we got the $500

Did we receive the cheque yet??

I received word that we did receive the $500 in 2008. Hooray!

Since the CN Grant is available again starting Jan 1st, I've applied for another $500.. just last week. Should hear back soon
